When you choose to participate in Full Moon Patrol, you are acknowledging that you have reviewed and comprehended the following terms and conditions. Furthermore, you are granting consent for us to collect, utilise, and disclose your data in accordance with the details provided in these terms and conditions.
Upon signing up for Full Moon Patrol, we will request the following information from you:
– Your Full Name
– Email Address
– Age
– Country
Please note that your full name and country will be visible to all participants listed above you in your Impact Tree. If you choose to add a photograph to your profile, it will also be visible. However, your email address will remain confidential.
You may request to delete your profile at any time by contacting info@bemovedcollective.org You will no longer have access to your profile to view your Invite Tree, and will no longer appear on other participants Impact Trees, but you will be able to continue with Patrol as you will have received your Tracker and your contribution to conservation will remain.
While navigating the website and viewing your profile, we employ cookies and similar technologies to automatically gather data regarding your location, activities on our website, device information, and log details. This information is used primarily to assign you to the team associated with the specific URL you initially used to access the site.
You have the ability to manage your cookie preferences at the individual browser level. However, it’s important to note that clearing your cookies may result in being assigned to a different team when you revisit the site, which may not correspond to your original invitation.
Allocation of new participants to Teams and Impact Trees
Each team is started with a unique url. Anyone who first visits the Full Moon Patrol website using the url of a specific team will be allocated to that team. They will then be issued their own unique url to invite others, all of whom will be part of the original team. Participants are placed in the team and on the tree of the person whose url they first use, even if they don’t sign up initially and return using a different person or team’s url. If a person clears the cookies on their personal device between first visit and signing up, they will be placed in the team and under the person of the url they first use after clearing their cookies.
For the growth of individuals Impact Tree’s and the earning of 3 in 3 rewards, the system will place a new participant into the tree and tea of the url they first use to visit the Full Moon Patrol website. This may not be the url they use when they enter. A new sign up, using a specific url will not be placed in that Impact Tree of that url’s owner, if they are already connected to another participant’s or teams’s url from having visited the site previously.
Use of your information – Feedback on Full Moon Patrol and issuing of Reward vouchers:
All Full Moon Participants are allocated into Teams based on the url they used when first visiting the site. By enrolling in Full Moon Patrol, you consent to us sharing your data with our reward partners. This sharing is conducted to facilitate the redemption of your rewards and to provide information about their support for Full Moon Patrol and your contributions to wellness and environmental health. We require all reward partners with access to your data to uphold your privacy and promptly address unsubscribe requests.
It is important to acknowledge that we assume no responsibility for the actions of these partners with respect to your data.
We have implemented measures to safeguard against unauthorized or unlawful processing of the data we collect. Additionally, we have taken precautions to mitigate the risk of accidental loss, destruction, or damage to your Personal Data.
We strongly advise against sharing access to your Full Moon Patrol profile with others and recommend that no one else uses your computer or device while you are logged in. Please be aware that Full Moon Patrol is not liable for any unauthorized use of your personal information that is beyond our reasonable control.
It’s important to understand that no method of transmitting or storing data can guarantee 100% security. Consequently, while we make every effort to protect your personal information, we cannot provide an absolute guarantee of the security of any information you transmit to us. If you suspect any unauthorized activity on your Full Moon Patrol account, please promptly notify us at info@bemovedcollective.org.
There are no refunds for Full Moon Patrol.
Rewards
Rewards that involve the purchase of alcohol, or where alcohol is included in a reward experience, are not applicable to participants who are underage in their respective domicile. While we take precautions to prevent underage participants from receiving offers for alcohol rewards, it’s essential to recognize that the laws of the participant’s domicile governing the online purchase of alcohol will override any errors made in this regard. The standard online purchase regulations of our rewards partners apply.
